When: Tuesdays at 12pm, noon, during the school term for 5-10 minutes per session.

What: Millersville University’s Counseling Center would like some pet therapy teams to visit students live through Instagram each Tuesday at noon.  You can also can also submit pre-recorded videos and pictures to share. Teams can talk about their pet’s pet therapy experiences, show your pet playing, eating, being groomed or doing tricks. It’s supposed to be something fun for students to view and learn a little bit about the benefits of pet therapy.

Where: This is a virtual visit. Are you already familiar with virtual visits through Instagram, Zoom and/or Facebook Live, or do you want to learn? You can do this from your home wherever you have a good wifi signal. You will need a smart phone and the Instagram app. Training can be provided by Maria R. Detweiler at mrdetwei@millersville.edu.
