When: Monday, February 14, 2022, from 10am to 11:15am

What: The school would like some KPETS dog teams to visit for pets and smiles. Each dog would visit a regular classroom from 10-10:30 and then have a special visit to the emotional support and learning support classroom in the gym from 10:35-11:15. Adults will need to set firm expectations and rules when visiting the classroom. Adults will need to be open minded and keep a calm voice with the students.

COVID Precautions: SITE – The school district requires all adults to wear masks in the building. Some children may have exemptions. KPETS General – Visiting volunteers must have a signed KPETS volunteer agreement COVID-19 addendum on file with KPETS and follow current CDC, state, local and the visit site’s COVID-19 guidelines during each visit.
