What: Schreiber Pediatric Rehab Center is having an event “Schreiber Ducks & Trucks” to kick off ticket sales for their 33rd Annual Rubber Duckie Race & Festival. “Ducks and Trucks is a family-friendly event designed to allow children to interact with vehicles of all shapes and sizes. There will be fun for everyone in the family – get your first chance to buy tickets for the 2021 Rubber Duckie Race and meet the people who build, protect and serve Lancaster County. Hungry? COVID Precautions: Site– masking and social distancing, which may change by the time of the event. KPETS General – Visiting volunteers must have a signed KPETS volunteer agreement COVID-19 addendum on file with KPETS and follow current CDC, state and local COVID-19 guidelines during each visit. Everyone should wash their hands/use hand sanitizer before and after petting the animals. Social distancing should be followed by our handler and participants. If participants or our volunteers are uncomfortable at any time or believe the precautions are not being followed they will end the visit immediately for the safety of all. No one should participate if they are feeling at all unwell. Visits may be cancelled at the last minute due to the fluid status of state and local COVID precautions.
