What: The Lower Dauphin School District Summer Reading Program has issued us and invitation to KPETS dog teams: “Please join us for the 8th Annual Reading to the Dogs Program for the Lower Dauphin Summer Reading Academy. We will have 1st-3rd grade students reading individually to our dogs for 15-minute time periods starting at 9:15 am. Our finish time will be dependent on the number of volunteers and number of students, but we are usually finished by 11:00 am.” Approximate attendance: 40.

Where: 200 S. John St., Hummelstown, PA 17036 on 7/19, 100 S. John St., Hummelstown, PA 17036 on 7/20.

COVID Precautions: SITE – Masks are optional. KPETS General – Visiting volunteers must have a signed KPETS volunteer agreement COVID-19 addendum on file with KPETS and follow current CDC, state, local and the visit site’s COVID-19 guidelines during each visit.
