What: The Hoover Library at McDaniel College would appreciate some KPETS dog team visits. Reserved parking will be available behind the Hoover Library building.

Where: 2 College Hill, McDaniel College, Westminster, MD 21157

COVID Precautions: SITE – “As of right now, Carroll County is considered in the Substantial Transmission Status according to the CDC. In this category, masks are strongly encouraged at indoor events. We will also have hand sanitizer at the event for attendees and volunteers to use as needed.
