When: Friday, June 24, 2022, from 6:45pm to 9pm.

What: Lynn Cronomiz, who volunteers as a KPETS therapy team, is holding a square dance fundraiser to support the Alzheimer’s Association’s Longest Day fundraiser that coincides with the longest day of the summer solstice. “Watching my mother, who suffered from Alzheimer’s Disease, have a positive interaction with Therapy Dogs in her nursing home, was the reason I joined KPETS. My testimony to the attendees at this fundraiser, involves explaining how my mother’s illness and death, made me realize the importance of therapy dogs and motivated me to train one. I would like participants at this event to see KPETS dogs and be able to experience what we do.” Anticipated attendance: 100-150.
